Synopsis: Go with the Clouds, North-by-Northwest

Kei Miyama, a 17-year-old from a family with peculiar abilities, has a unique talent of conversing with cars and preferring their companionship to people, particularly women. Settling in Iceland, he works as a freelance detective and tackles various cases such as resolving lovers' quarrels, finding missing persons, and retrieving lost items. Roaming around the isolated and rough Icelandic countryside, Kei discovers not just the secrets of the land of ice and fire but also a new enigmatic puzzle to solve. Meeting a cold Icelandic belle triggers his remembrance of local folklore of wandering phantoms during the nights in the wild plains.
