Synopsis: Lady Snowblood - Resurrection
During the Meiji era, Japan was experiencing significant changes while being plagued by exploitation and ethical degradation. Kashima Yuki, also known as Lady Snowblood, strives to abandon her violent history and assumes the role of a Swedish gymnastics instructor at a girls' school. However, their progressive endeavors are hindered by conservative political groups, leaving Yuki with no choice but to fight once again to honor her pledge to her rescuer. Although it was originally serialized in 1973, the book adaptation was not published until 2006.
