Synopsis: The Bad Ending of an Otome Game

As the protagonist of the game faced an impending deadline on her life, I played the role of the villainous friend who competed for the affection of the male leads, only to be ultimately eradicated. When the character met her untimely demise, I chose to depart from the storyline. However, the reactions of those around me left me bewildered. "I initially came to the marquess's estate to befriend Ophelia, someone around my age. But now that she's gone..." I let my words trail off, as it was already evident. "I suppose it's time for me to bid my farewell." To my astonishment, the two men seemed at a loss for words.
